Quick Facts

80% of our teaching team has a professional dance background or is currently a professional dancer.

All Chance 2 Dance Studio team members are CPR/AED certified.

Lead instructors are Inclusion and Special Needs certified and have a higher education degree in dance, therapy, education/special education, or leadership/business management.

Assistant instructors are training to become lead instructors and/or are in college working towards a relevant degree.
Meet our Central Florida Dance Instructors

Lauren Hoefer
Lead Performance Team Instructor
Lauren started gymnastics at age 3 and soon after started dancing. Once joining the competition team at age 8, she focused more on dance and became fully immersed in all styles possible. Lauren attended the University of Florida where she majored in Dance Performance. Upon receiving her BFA from UF she moved to Orlando to dance at Universal Studios Orlando. Lauren has enjoyed her experience since season 1 with Chance 2 Dance and looks forward to continuing to share her love of dance!

Brittany Wisehart
Lead MoveZ Instructor
Brittany began her training in Oviedo, Fl. She was a member of the 2010-2011 Florida State University dance team: Golden Girls. She has earned an Associate in Arts degree in Dance Performance at Valencia College. In the spring of 2017 Brittany attended and completed her certification for Broadway Dance Centerās Professional Semester in NYC. Brittany is certified in PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) and Inclusion and Special Needs and is currently a master teacher and choreographer. She also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Leadership and is in the process of getting her Master of Fine Arts in Choreography at Jacksonville University.

Angel Stumberg
Lead Instructor
Angel is an Orlando native. She is currently in college working towards her special needs education degree at Seminole State College. She learned to dance as a high school student, training under Nicole Warren. She brings love, compassion, and high energy to all her classes. Angel is excited for her 6th season with Chance 2 Dance!

Victor Wisehart
Community & Lead Instructor
Victor James Wisehart is a multi-talented American artist with extensive experience in theater and dance. He has worked with notable directors such as Bartlett Sher, Mary Zimmerman, and Susan Stroman. Some of his favorite projects include the world premiere of āThe Jungle Bookā and originating the role of Mr. Z in āAn American in Parisā on Broadway.
Victor has taught masterclasses at several prestigious institutions and is committed to supporting and expanding the C2D community in Florida, where he now resides.

Jacquelyn Cheffer
Lead Instructor
Jacquelyn received training in jazz, contemporary, ballet, and lyrical. She continued her dance education at Lyman High School and was a member of the Lyman Diamonds dance and color guard team where she was dance captain. She received her AA at Seminole State and currently studies Sociology at University of Central Florida. Jacquelyn has been dancing with Emotionās Professional Dance Company since 2019 and is currently the company captain.

Mabby Posadas
Zumba Instructor
Mabby is a proud mom of two daughtersāKamilah (9) and Sarah (7). She fell in love with dancing 11 years ago and has been sharing that passion through teaching for the past 4 years. Discovering Zumba was a life-changing experience for her, opening the door to incredible friendships, colorful costumes, and endless joy. Mabby brings high energy, expressive movement, and a contagious love for dance to every class. Donāt be surprised if she dances right next to youāitās just her way of sharing happiness and gratitude with everyone who shows up to move with her.

Carlee Suminski
Lead Instructor
Carlee Suminski was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Sheās been teaching and sharing her artistry for 4 years now. She started dance at age 3 and began competitive dance at age 7. Carlee trained with Starz Dance Company under Michelle Colon & Kelly McGuire all the way through graduation in 2018. She was also Captain of the Winter Springs High School Dance Team both her Junior & Senior year. She then continued her education and received her AA in General Studies at Valencia Community College with a Minor in Nursing.
In 2021, Carlee started her teaching journey and was the Assistant Choreographer at Chace Dance Company and received a choreography award within her first year. She also taught at Skyra Studios in 2023 training students in Tap & Jazz Technique, along with subbing several of their competitive classes with Conditioning & Leaps/Turns Technique. She now teaches with Odyssey specializing in Tiny Tots classes and Technique classes with the Opals Team.

Sarah Briscoe
Lead & Assistant Instructor
Sarah Briscoe is a dedicated dance instructor currently pursuing a degree in Dance Sociology at Rollins College. She has been teaching dance since 2020 and joined the team at Chance 2 Dance in the spring of 2023.
With a passion for creating inclusive and engaging dance experiences, Sarah brings both her artistic background and practical expertise into the studio. She is committed to helping students of all abilities find joy and confidence through movement.

Juanita Olarte
Lead Instructor
Juanita Olarte has danced since the age of 9. She trained at Starz Dance Company for 9 years competitively. In addition, she danced on Oviedo High Schools dance team, Mane Attraction Dance Team.
She is trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hiphop and pom. Juanita taught at Boca Dance Studio in Fall of 2024. She currently is studying at the University of Central Florida majoring in Journalism. Juanita is so excited to start with Chance 2 Dance this season.

Kayla Oberkfell
Lead Instructor
Kayla started dance at age 3 and began doing competitive dance at age 8. She has been trained in hip hop, tap, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, and ballet. Kayla currently is a registered behavior technician and has been for 4 years. She attends Capella University and will be graduating with a bachelorās in science with a focus in applied behavior analysis later next year. She is so excited to combine her two passions of dance and special needs inclusivity at Chance 2 Dance!
