Our programs and enrollment have expanded, and we’ve remained commiQed to keeping tui>on fees affordable, recognizing the financial challenges families face when raising children with special needs. So we need your help keeping up with the demand.

The Vision of Chance 4 Change

Chance 2 Dance, Inc. is launching its official dance student scholarship ini>a>ve: ‘Chance 4 Change’.

You’ve heard the sentiment before, ‘every penny counts.’ We are putting those words into action! With Chance 4 Change, we’re calling on all heroes with a heart for positive change to rally behind our cause. You’re playing a significant role in transforming lives by donating your spare change – whether from your pocket, your couch cushions, or that jar on your kitchen counter.

The number of people with disabilities in Central Florida who struggle to afford the basics is far higher than federal poverty data indicates — 40% compared to 15%.

The ‘C4C’ Scholarship fund will build and fund inclusive arts access to the community of families and individuals with special needs/disabilities in Central Florida. We recognize the financial burdens of life and want to ensure anyone who wants to dance can do so regardless of income status.

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Community Coin Drive

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our studio dancers! Together, our dancers and the community can create ‘change’ and donate it to help support dancers experiencing financial difficulties.

We invite you to join our heartfelt coin drive micro-fundraiser initiative, where you can share your spare change to support scholarships for inclusive dance classes.

For eight inspiring weeks, our studio opens its doors, welcoming anyone who wishes to contribute their loose change to this noble cause. You don’t need to make an appointment, just show up and drop off your loose change during studio office hours (Mon. – Thur. 12P- 6P)

Don’t have change to drop off? Be a local supporter: Drop by our studio in Maitland, FL. to grab your own ‘C2D Coin Collection Can’.’ This ‘Collection Can’ can sit at your place of business’ front desk and your matrons may drop their loose change in it OR you can ask friends, family, and close network to ‘Create Change’ by donating loose coins.

Champion 4 Change

This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate individual donor or foundation eager to transform the life of a dancer with varying needs through your generous contribution. By becoming a Champion 4 Change your gift of $500 will empower a dancer for an entire season of artistic expression from August to May. Dancers will be enrolled in weekly dance classes of the style they’re most interested in learning and will get to showcase their talents and skills are our annual performances.

You can make a difference and change someones life, through the art of dance. Champions 4 Change will receive VIP invites to our spectacular annual performances, allowing you to see firsthand the incredible impact your support creates in our dancers’ lives!

Grab a Chance 4 Change ‘C2D Collection Can’ from the C2D studio front desk. Feel free to bring your box to events or locations you often attend.
Ask people you know and trust if they would be interested in supporting, sharing with them the reasons why this scholarship fund is important to you and others. (“We are starting a scholarship fund to help our dancers, families and future dance friends receive equitable access to inclusive arts.”)
When your ‘C2D Collection Can’ gets full, bring it to the studio to dump your collections and repeat!
The highest grossing fundraiser will receive a FREE dance class for a semester.
