Our Story

For the past decade, Chance 2 Dance has been proving that everyone deserves a chance, not just to dance, but to belong.

What began as a dream has become a movement. Thousands of dancers and families have been part of it. Lasting partnerships have been built across Central Florida and New York City. Along the way, we’ve helped redefine what inclusive arts education can look like.

Dancing for a Decade: Fall Ball is more than a fundraiser. It’s a celebration of community, belonging, and the people who have shaped Chance 2 Dance over the last ten years.

What to Expect at Our Event

Throughout the evening, guests will experience the premiere of our “Decade of Dance” Documentary, capturing the stories and milestones that have defined our first ten years. We’ll unveil the Kirk Legacy Fund, created to support dancers for generations to come, and share an exclusive first look at what’s ahead for the next decade of inclusive dance. Add in a beautifully catered evening filled with music and celebration, plus special recognitions for those whose leadership and generosity have helped make this journey possible, and you have a night unlike any other.
